Book Seven[]
In the past, he was a mortal scholar that helped Wang Lin by accident in his search for enlightenment. Afterwards, he was accepted by Wang Lin as an honorary disciple but he only cultivated his soul. He has completely given up spells and only cultivates domain. This is a cultivation method that didn’t exist in this world. It is similar to how the ancient gods only cultivated their bodies, but Xie Qing only cultivated his domain.
Book Ten[]
He doesn't have the ability to fight or any cultivation level but he is enlightened in the way of the heavens such that even Nirvana Scryer cultivators are inferior to him. His domain had reached the level of Nirvana Cleanser and he even caught a glimpse of laws.
Book Eleven[]
While the war between the Inner and Outer Realm raged, he regained his memories from his previous reincarnation and understood his identity. So he escaped from Planet Qing Lin to another planet in Allheaven. He hid himself and pondered over his situation for over a century.
